After calling many many doctors and specialists for my daughter’s locked jaw and being turned away or having unreasonable wait times New Wave agreed to try to see her same day and try to help…Nick was able to help her and explained clearly what he was doing and why! The office staff is very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

I had my first appointment yesterday. Mia is super nice and adorable especially at check in. I met Kadie later on for my X-Rays, she is so fun and really nice. It was just a very comfortable setting-which appreciate. Everyone was really nice and so sweet. The office is super modern. I didn’t have to wait at all. Today I went in to discuss x-rays and treatment plan. I was surprised to see my spine in rough shape and appreciated the full honesty from Dr. McKenzie. She took the time to answer all my questions. I opted to start the treatment plan and will be seeing them for a very long time! I did get my first adjustment, I was nervous, but Dr. Nick walked me through it and was very informative. I am happy I found this place and have no doubt it will do wonders for me. Thank you New Wave!!!! Great team to be a part of!

New wave is very welcoming and honest with their work. On my first day I received a tour of the office and it was a very beautiful office and Mia explained everything very well. Dr. Nick is very kind and very professional. I have only gone for about 5 appointments and I feel a tremendous difference in my back pain. New wave takes chiropractic care to the next level and exactly how it should be done.

Upon my first visit I was greeted warmly and very enthusiastically by front office staff and Toby (the office pup). I was shown around by Mia who was thorough and knowledgeable about the practice and it’s staff, stopping to ask if I had any questions before moving on. After tour I was given 2 scans (muscle and nerve) by Kadie who was knowledgeable and explained every machine and process in detail.. After words, a Dr. Nick came on to do the hands on. He is knowledgeable and personable, making me feel at ease. He used technical and layman’s terms which I find incredibly thoughtful. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed in general- making you feel extremely comfortable. I have had 3 visits as of today 7/6/22 and believe I am already feeling to benefits of their expertise. If you’re looking for a chiropractic care I would recommend new wave also if you’ve had a bad experience with chiropractic care in the past I highly recommend new wave and their NEW approach.

I am almost at my 1yr mark with this practice, and I cannot say enough good things. Drs Nick and Mackenzie are incredible people, and the front staff are always so welcoming. You almost feel like youre visiting friends instead of visiting a medical professional. Adjustment wise... I dont get near as many headaches and my back is getting better. When I started going to New Wave Chiropractic, I had severe neck pain. I had been to doctors and PT, but nothing worked. After a couple of visits with the doctors at New Wave, I was out of pain and on my way to a healthy spine. I have not been in pain for several months, and I owe it to the doctors at New Wave. Both doctors are professional and friendly; they always treat you like family. I would refer anyone looking for chiropractic care to New Wave; they are top-notch.

I’ve been coming here about 4months now and I can definitely see a difference in some of the pain I’ve been having in the last year or so. Drs. Mackenzie and Nick have great prices and payment plans set up, they work with your schedule, and are very flexible. I highly recommend this type of chiropractic work, it’s different than the norm but I feel it’s more effective based on the difference I’ve personally had compared to other chiropractors I’ve seen in the past. 10/10!

Drs Nick and Mackenzie are wonderful! The procedure they use is quick, safe and painless. Not to mention that it helps!! You couldn’t ask for a better group of people in the office. Very pleased with everyone at New Wave. Very kind and knowledgeable. Nick went over everything on my assessment and x-rays one step at a time. Very patient with my questions (he says he loves questions). Showed me where my problem areas are and what they are causing in my body. Actually gave me a good feeling that I can be out of the pain I have been in for quite a while without constantly taking drugs all the time. Had my treatment from Mackenzie today and she is wonderful. Told me what she was doing and why. Very gentle.

I admit there may have been some skepticism weather they could help me. I've been to other chiropractors and they do the regular adjustments or couldn't complete an adjustment because of my parkinson's. Starting off the consultation is more thorough just on the first visit gathering detailed information. Come back to thoroughly go through the gathered information. The detail of information, it's very helpful in your treatment. I could see exactly what I already knew to be a problem but a clear picture. The treatment plans, are explained like others but with additional scans to show progress as you priced in your treatment. I'm impressed and recommend them for those with situations as I have had or need a good chiropractor. Don't make assumptions without knowledge. They may be small but they really care and show it.
